VELOCITYAND OXYGEN DEFICITT INFLUENCE ON THE TRANSPORT OF FRANCISELA IN ELEME CREEK

Eluozo. S. N, Amadi C.P

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to monitor velocity and oxygen deficit effect on the transport of francisela in Eleme creek, a steady state advection-diffusion-reaction on the transport process were observed in the system, in other to developed the various rate of concentration, constant oxygen deficit and velocity were also monitored in the study, the system express high to low concentration in all the locations that were examined on the transport process through the influence from variation of creek velocity. Oxygen deficit were observed based on the constant discharge of biological waste in the creek, the study expressed various effect from this parameters, it also generate determinant factors that contribute to the decrease and increase of the microbes in the creek, the derived solution considered this condition and developed the derived model for the study, the simulation values were compared with experimental data, and both parameter developed best fits correlation, the study is imperative because the behaviour of the microbes from  the velocity and oxygen deficit has been expressed, the rate of effects on these two parameters has been observed in the transport system, experts will applied this concept to monitor the behaviour of the francisela depositions and migration rate in the creeks
