Resistance spot welding, data acquisition, SS304Abstract
Resistance spot welding is a popular metal joining process which is widely used in automobile industry, household and domestic appliances manufacturing industry and fabrication industry like air craft manufacturing industries [1]. Experimental investigation has been carried out on inner and outer sleeve which is used in stove manufacturing industry. Material taken is stainless steel SS304 for experiment having thickness 0.5 mm. Experimental investigation of real time temperature measurement and thermal cycle is evaluated by Arduino-PLX DAQ data acquisition software to hardware connection mechanism which is connected with thermocouple. Real time data acquisition of temperature is carried out by various connections of Arduino circuit to mechanical sensors.
