Abstract

Many surveys show that percentage   of employable engineering students passing out from various engineering colleges in India is very less. The objective of this paper is to review various research papers on employability, skills & activities to enhance employability of students. It also reviews  implementation of six sigma approach for enhancement of various processes. Various tools of Six Sigma are also reviewed.
