This paper deals with the dynamic analysis and optimization locomotive wagon wheel. The aim of this review paper is to investigate stresses developed at the wheel structure due to the dynamic loading and their optimization. The railway vehicle has various highly stresses, mechanical components such as wheel, axle, joints, rail, etc. This report is an effort to summarize the subject field of experiments and their comparability with the dynamic analysis and optimization of railway wheel structure.
