Voice Controlled Home Automation

Abstract


The project, which we have worked is design for controlling of all home appliances by voice command with the help of android application. This project has been designed to helping of elderly and disabled people at home. Google application has been used as voice recognition and process the voice input with the help of smart phone. Here the voice input is being captured by the android and after capturing the voice it send to the Arduino Uno with help of Bluetooth module in Arduino Uno receives the signal and processes the input signal to control the light. The proposed system planned to control electrical appliances with relatively user-friendly interface and ease of installation. We have measured up to 20 meter of range to control the home appliances via Bluetooth. Keywords: LED, USB, UART, GPIO, HTTPS, CPU, SMD, AVR, EEPROM, IDE, PWM
