IoT based Home Automation System

Anand Singh, Rishita Pandey, Surya Pratap Singh, Saumya Gupta

Abstract

The main aim of this project is to develop a wireless home automation system using an Arduino UNO, controlled by any Android OS smart phone. In this time automatic systems are being preferred over manual system. As the technology is advancing so houses are also getting smarter. IoT is the latest and fast growing internet technology to upgrade the systems. IoT is a fast growing technology in the everyday life [3]. The Home Automation can be implemented using different types of communication techniques such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GSM etc. In this project we focus on controlling lights, fans, water level and also door.Using Node MCU we are going to implement this project. The home automation system is different from other system by permitting the user to operate the system from anywhere around the world through the internet
