The stick welding, one of the most basic manufacturing component or assembly process or common factor affecting a fabrication, economical high productivity and small industrial welding or quality of lower cast welding parameter. This research paper deals with machinery system, an optimum data like welding parameter, compare the arc input by Taguchi method in basic material of milled steel rod and different grade size material. For experimental output data a MINITAB-18 SOFTWARE used an orthogonal array, normality test and analysis of anova.
