This paper describes about a new design concept of stretcher cum wheelchair for patient. Various type of mobility aids are used to transfer the patient from one place to another. During the treatment mostly wheelchair and stretchers are used as per recommendation by doctor. But is quite difficult to transfer the patient from wheelchair to stretcher or vise versa. This new design helps to reduce the effort to transfer the patient from stretcher to wheelchair because wheelchair become a stretcher and its adjustable.
