Here in our thesis we are going to design the fins using different profiles and materials to optimize the better material with better design profile which is suitable for 100cc engine. So here we are even going to use different material for fins to test the engine heat efficiency. In our thesis we are going to compare or product optimized using the original aluminum fins which are being used in the existing. So by comparing the results obtained from the analytical software, the best model is optimized using Ansys software results. Here in this thesis we are going to use four different materials Al 6082, Al 6061, Al + SiC-12 and Al 8011A. and even the fin profiles are also optimized by varying the shape of the fin arrangement. Here for designing the fins on the cylinder block CATIA is used and for the analytical analysis ANSYS is used.
